The registration fees include
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Congress material (bag, badge, and program)
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception (venue TBC)
- Certificate of attendance

Terms and cancellation
- All accepted abstract presenters are required to register for the full Congress payment in full must accompany registration form
- All payments are in EUROS and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.
- Registration fees will be charged by Filida travel upon receipt of the registration form.
- Personalised confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received.
- Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Payment Options
Payments can be made by the following means:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard ). Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
- Bank Transfer – Bank transfer should be made out to Filida travel:

- Please note: All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.
- A copy of the bank transfer document should be sent to pcc2025@filidatravel.hr
- Bank transfers will not be accepted after May 17th, 2025
- The cancellation conditions and refunds will be in accordance with the policy detailed below.
- Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to an administrative fee of EUR 35 per participant.
- Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Congress Secretariat, Filida travel pcc2025@filidatravel.hr as follows:
- Cancellation of registration until April 01, 2025 will incur 30% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation of registration April 01- 20, 2025 will incur 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation of registration after April 20th, 2025 will have no refunds
Confirmation of Registration
Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration. Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment.

- The rates above are per room per night including breakfast and city tax
Canellation Policy for Accommodation:
Accommodation payments will be refunded as %50 of the payment if a written cancellation is received by Filida travel before April 19th, 2025. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after April 20th, 2025.
